!! Goan Burgers !!

500g of minced beef
1 small/medium onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon of Choose Spice Goan curry paste

Dice the onion and place into a bowl with the egg and the minced beef.
Stir thoroughly until you are happy that the onion and the egg have been mixed. 
Add in the Choose Spice Goan curry paste
Roll the mixture into balls and then flatten them with your palms to make a burger shape. 
Put the burgers on a plate before placing them in the fridge for approximately half an hour,
so the burgers become slightly more firm.
Place the burgers on the grill for 15 minutes.

Meatballs can also be jazzed up, just add a few tablespoons of curry paste before baking.

Use the Sri Lankan as a sauce:
make up the Choose Spice Sri Lankan as you normally would
but instead of using for a curry have it as a sauce
that you pour over your fish and new potatoes – delicious!

What to do with that little bit left in the tub?
Roasted anything: maybe potatoes, maybe vegetables.
Mix a tablespoon of it into your oil before tossing and roasting.
It's a bit of a kick without being too spicy.
